RETURN POLICY
At mozaer, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return Policy below:

Return Eligibility:
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided that the items meet the following conditions:

The item must be in new and unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
The item must not show wear, damage, or alteration.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will offer either a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at service@mozaer.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will issue a refund, or exchange depending on your preference.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
